Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
- Ability to perform general cleaning duties to company standards
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
- Effective time management
- Knowledge of products and services of the company
- Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately
- Comply with state and local requirements for handling and selling alcoholic beverages
- Ability to operate equipment safely and properly including electric/manual hand jack, floor scrubber, and cardboard baler
- Morning availability for stockers with start times as early as 5:00 a.m.
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
- Excellent verbal communication skills

- Knowledge of products and services of the company
- Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately
- Compliance with state and local requirements for handling and selling alcoholic beverages for cashiers
- Ability to operate equipment safely including electric/manual hand jack, floor scrubber, and cardboard baler for stockers
- Availability to work morning shifts with start times as early as 5:00 a.m. for stockers
Job Duties
- Collaborates with team members and communicates relevant information to direct leader
- Upholds the security and confidentiality of documents and data within area of responsibility
- Performs duties with or without reasonable accommodation
- Processes customer purchases and operates cash registers
- Provides exceptional customer service and assists customers with their shopping experience
- Stocks shelves and merchandise displays neatly
- Participates in taking store inventory counts and monitors inventory accuracy
- Adheres to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses
- Follows merchandising planograms to create excellently merchandised displays
- Organizes new inventory and removes empty boxes
- Operates machinery safely and follows safety procedures
- Maintains cleanliness of the store as per company standards
