Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred
- Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge
- Ability to stock merchandise from store receiving to shelving with ability to lift up to 45 pounds
- Ability to work morning shifts starting as early as 5:00 a.m. (stocker)
- Ability to operate machinery safely and follow safety procedures
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Must be 18 years of age or older

Job Duties
- Collaborates with team members and communicates relevant information to direct leader
- Upholds the security and confidentiality of documents and data within area of responsibility
- Processes customer purchases accurately and efficiently
- Performs general cleaning duties and stocks shelves and merchandise displays neatly
- Provides exceptional customer service and assists customers with their shopping experience
- Provides feedback to management on products, inventory losses, scanning errors, and general issues
- Participates in taking store inventory counts and monitors inventory accuracy
- Adheres to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses
- Stocks shelves and rotates product properly to ensure fresh product availability
- Follows merchandising planograms to create well-merchandised displays
- Organizes new inventory and breaks down empty boxes
- Operates machinery and follows all safety procedures
- Regularly sits, stands, bends, reaches, pushes, pulls, lifts, carries, and walks around the store
- Stocks merchandise from receiving area to shelving and places products weighing up to 45 pounds on shelves at various heights
