Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred
- A combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
- Ability to perform general cleaning duties to company standards
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Effective time management skills
- Knowledge of company products and services
- Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately for cashier role
- Compliance with state and local alcohol sale regulations for cashier role
- Ability to operate equipment safely for stocker role
- Must have availability for morning shifts starting as early as 5 a.m. for stocker role

Job Duties
- Collaborates with team members and communicates relevant information to direct leader
- Upholds the security and confidentiality of documents and data within area of responsibility
- Performs duties with or without reasonable accommodation
- Processes customer purchases
- Performs general cleaning duties
- Stocks shelves and merchandise displays neatly
- Provides exceptional customer service assisting customers with their shopping experience
- Provides feedback to management on product issues and inventory losses
- Participates in taking store inventory counts and monitors inventory for accuracy
- Adheres to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses
- Stocks shelves and rotates product properly to ensure fresh product availability
- Follows merchandising planograms to create merchandised displays
- Organizes new inventory and removes empty boxes
- Operates machinery and follows safety procedures
- Regularly sits, stands, bends, reaches, pushes, pulls, lifts, carries, and walks about the store
- Cashier operates cash register efficiently and accurately
- Complies with state and local requirements for selling alcoholic beverages
- Stocker operates equipment including hand jack floor scrubber and cardboard baler
- Stockers must have availability to work morning shifts starting as early as 5 a.m.
