Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred
- A combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk regularly
- Ability to stock merchandise weighing up to 45 pounds
- Ability to operate machinery and equipment safely
- Ability to handle cash and perform cashier duties
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability to work morning shifts (for stocker role)
- Compliance with company policies and procedures

- For stocker role, ability to operate equipment safely and properly including electric/manual hand jack, floor scrubber, and cardboard baler
- For stocker role, availability to work morning shifts starting as early as 5:00 a.m.
Job Duties
- Collaborates with team members and communicates relevant information to direct leader
- Upholds the security and confidentiality of documents and data within area of responsibility
- Performs cashier duties including processing customer purchases, general cleaning, stocking shelves, and providing exceptional customer service
- Provides feedback to management on products, inventory losses, scanning errors, and general issues
- Participates in taking store inventory counts and monitoring inventory for accuracy
- Adheres to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses
- Stocks shelves and rotates products properly
- Follows merchandising planograms to create well-merchandised displays
- Organizes new inventory and breaks down empty boxes
- Operates machinery and follows all safety procedures
- Regularly sits, stands, bends, reaches, pushes, pulls, lifts, carries, and walks about the store
- Stocks merchandise weighing up to 45 pounds on shelving at various heights
