Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred
- Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge
- Ability to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation

- Ability to perform general cleaning duties to company standards

Job Duties
- Collaborates with team members and communicates relevant information to direct leader
- Upholds the security and confidentiality of documents and data within area of responsibility
- Performs cashier duties including processing customer purchases, general cleaning, stocking shelves, and merchandising displays
- Provides exceptional customer service assisting customers with their shopping experience
- Provides feedback to management on products, inventory losses, scanning errors, and general issues
- Participates in store inventory counts and monitors inventory accuracy
- Adheres to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses
- Stocks shelves and rotates product to guarantee fresh availability
- Follows merchandising planograms for attractive displays
- Organizes inventory, removes and breaks down empty boxes
- Operates machinery and adheres to safety procedures
- Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk about the store
- Ability to stock merchandise weighing up to 45 pounds at various heights
