Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail work experience preferred
- Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge
- Ability to stock merchandise and place products weighing up to 45 pounds on shelving at various heights
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk throughout the store
- Ability to perform general cleaning duties
- Must be 18 years of age or older

Job Duties
- Collaborates with team members and communicates relevant information to direct leader
- Upholds the security and confidentiality of documents and data within area of responsibility
- Performs duties with or without reasonable accommodation
- Processes customer purchases accurately and efficiently
- Performs general cleaning duties
- Stocks shelves and merchandise displays neatly
- Provides exceptional customer service and assists customers with their shopping experience
- Provides feedback to management on products, inventory losses, scanning errors, and general issues
- Participates in store inventory counts and monitors inventory accuracy
- Adheres to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses
- Stocks shelves and rotates product properly to ensure freshness
- Follows merchandising planograms to create well-merchandised displays
- Organizes new inventory and removes empty boxes
- Operates machinery following all safety procedures
- Regularly sits, stands, bends, reaches, pushes, pulls, lifts, carries, and walks throughout the store
- Stocker operates equipment like electric/manual hand jack, floor scrubber, and cardboard baler
