Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred
- Ability to stock merchandise from receiving to shelving
- Capability to place products weighing up to 45 pounds on shelves at various heights
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to operate cash registers and store machinery safely
- Flexibility to work morning shifts as required

- Availability for morning shifts starting as early as 5:00 a.m. (stocker)
Job Duties
- Collaborates with team members and communicates relevant information to direct leader
- Upholds the security and confidentiality of documents and data within area of responsibility
- Performs customer purchase processing, general cleaning duties, and stocks shelves neatly
- Provides exceptional customer service and assists customers with their shopping experience
- Provides feedback to management on products, inventory losses, scanning errors, and general issues
- Participates in store inventory counts and monitors inventory accuracy
- Adheres to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses
- Stocks shelves and rotates products to guarantee freshness
- Follows merchandising planograms to create attractive displays
- Organizes new inventory and breaks down empty boxes
- Operates machinery and follows all safety procedures
- Regularly sits, stands, bends, reaches, pushes, pulls, lifts, carries, and walks about the store
- Places merchandise weighing up to 45 pounds on shelving at various heights
