Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred
- A combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
- Ability to perform general cleaning duties to company standards
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Effective time management
- Knowledge of company products and services
- Ability to operate cash register efficiently and accurately (cashier)
- Compliance with state and local laws for alcohol handling (cashier)
- Ability to operate equipment safely (stocker)
- Morning availability for stocker role
Job Qualifications

- Ability to operate equipment safely and properly including electric/manual hand jack, floor scrubber, and cardboard baler (stocker)
- Availability to work morning shifts starting as early as 5:00 a.m. (stocker)
Job Duties
- Collaborates with team members and communicates relevant information to direct leader
- Upholds the security and confidentiality of documents and data within area of responsibility
- Processes customer purchases and operates cash registers efficiently and accurately
- Provides exceptional customer service and assists customers with their shopping experience
- Stocks shelves and merchandise displays neatly and rotates products properly
- Provides feedback to management on products, inventory losses, scanning errors, and general issues
- Participates in store inventory counts and monitors inventory accuracy
- Follows merchandising planograms to create excellently merchandised displays
- Organizes inventory and removes and breaks down empty boxes
- Operates machinery safely and follows all safety procedures
