Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior work experience in a retail environment preferred
- a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge
- availability to work fewer than 30 hours per week
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 45 pounds and standing for extended periods
- ability to follow safety guidelines and company procedures
- ability to maintain confidentiality of documents and data
- basic proficiency with cash register and machinery operation
- ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers
- willingness to comply with drug test, motor vehicle report, and reference check as applicable
- must be 18 years of age or older

- stocker: must have morning availability to accommodate store operational responsibilities and be available to work morning shifts starting as early as 5:00 a.m.
Job Duties
- Collaborates with team members and communicates relevant information to direct leader
- upholds the security and confidentiality of documents and data within area of responsibility
- performs duties with or without reasonable accommodation
- processes customer purchases, performs general cleaning duties, stocks shelves and merchandise displays neatly as cashier
- provides exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their shopping experience
- provides feedback to management on products, inventory losses, scanning errors, and general issues
- participates in taking store inventory counts and monitors inventory for accuracy
- adheres to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses
- stocks shelves and rotates product properly to guarantee fresh product availability
- follows merchandising planograms to create excellently merchandised displays
- organizes new inventory, removes and breaks down empty boxes
- operates machinery and follows all safety procedures
- regularly sits, stands, bends, reaches, pushes, pulls, lifts, carries, and walks about the store
- stocks merchandise weighing up to 45 pounds at various heights
- maintains store cleanliness and orderliness
