Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred
- A combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge
- Ability to stock merchandise from store receiving to shelving lifting up to 45 pounds
- Ability to work morning shifts starting as early as 5:00 a.m. (Stocker)
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to provide courteous customer service
- Ability to follow company policies and safety procedures
- Must adhere to cash handling procedures
- Ability to operate machinery safely

Job Duties
- Collaborates with team members and communicates relevant information to direct leader
- Upholds the security and confidentiality of documents and data within area of responsibility
- Performs general cleaning duties and maintains store appearance standards
- Processes customer purchases efficiently and provides exceptional customer service
- Participates in store inventory counts and monitors inventory accuracy
- Adheres to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses
- Stocks shelves and rotates products to guarantee freshness and availability
- Follows merchandising planograms to create appealing displays
- Organizes new inventory and breaks down empty boxes
- Operates equipment safely including electric/manual hand jack, floor scrubber, and cardboard baler
- Complies with state and local requirements for selling alcoholic beverages
- Helps maintain safety and cleanliness of store environment
