Job Duties
- Provide fast, friendly, helpful and efficient customer service
- Determine customer needs and make product suggestions
- Assist Food Service Manager in hiring new associates
- Coach and train new associates to Barista Certification
- Ensure compliance with store and Price Chopper policies and procedures
- Follow all health, safety, and food safety guidelines
- Maintain customer service area and equipment cleanliness
- Prepare a variety of customer beverage orders
- Perform cleaning tasks according to schedules and standards
- Follow merchandising standards, stocking and rotation
- Assure equipment maintenance
- Handle cash and operate register
- Manage inventory control procedures
- Place product and supply orders
- Complete recordkeeping in accordance with procedures
- Demonstrate performance standards and complete required training
- Perform other duties as assigned
