Job Duties
- Prepare coffee shop beverages
- prepare food items according to procedures
- ensure food and beverages are handled safely and maintain a clean work environment
- operate cash register and process payments including cash, checks, credit cards, gift certificates, and coupons
- stock and rotate coffee items and merchandise displays
- maintain knowledge of store programs and product locations
- comply with company policies on security, cash handling, and product handling
- maintain clean and well-stocked department
- communicate company programs, in-store specials, and coupons to customers
- follow PPE, safety, food safety, cleaning and guest experience guidelines
- perform additional tasks in other departments as needed
