Job Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- basic literacy
- basic computer skills
- ability to train and coach others
- customer service experience preferred
Job Duties
- Provide fast, friendly, helpful, and efficient customer service
- determine customer needs and suggest appropriate products
- assist Food Service Manager in hiring new associates
- coach and train new associates to Barista Certification
- direct Certified Barista associates to follow store and company policies
- follow all health, safety, and food safety guidelines
- maintain customer service and equipment cleanliness
- keep workstation organized according to 5S standards
- prepare a variety of customer beverage orders
- perform cleaning tasks according to schedules
- follow merchandising, stocking, and rotation standards
- assure equipment maintenance
- handle cash and register procedures
- follow inventory control policies
- order products and supplies
- maintain accurate recordkeeping as per company procedures
- complete Initial Store Training and pass Barista certification
- perform other duties as assigned by management
