Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of progressive experience in a coffee shop
- efficient handling of multiple orders while maintaining excellent customer service

- ability to prioritize tasks and manage time during peak periods
- ability to inspire and lead team members to create a positive work environment
- accurate order processing and record maintenance

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve Starbucks beverages efficiently and to company standards
- maintain a clean and organized workstation ensuring hygiene and safety protocols are followed
- provide excellent customer service by addressing customer needs and creating a welcoming environment
- operate cash registers, handle payments, and perform transactions accurately
- assist with restocking of supplies as needed
- support team members in daily operations and collaborate effectively to meet business goals
- stay informed about Starbucks products and promotions to educate and engage with customers
- adhere to Starbucks and Hyatt House operational policies and procedures
- participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and contribute to team success
- ensure all equipment is used safely and report any maintenance issues promptly
