Job Requirements
- Minimum of high school diploma or GED
- prior office or clerical experience
- proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- strong organizational and time management skills
- capacity to work independently and in a team environment
- ability to adapt in a fast-paced setting
- successful completion of FAA criminal background checks for security access where required
Job Qualifications

- previous office or clerical experience
- knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- understanding of corporate policies and procedures
- strong organizational and prioritization skills
- ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- self-motivated with attention to detail
- ability to learn software and program functionalities
- ability to pass FAA criminal background check for airport security access if applicable
Job Duties
- Coordinate meeting arrangements and provide office support
- type, file, and manage correspondence
- ensure telephone coverage and customer greeting
- handle mail and distribute office supplies
- reconcile P-card spending and track anniversaries or birthdays
- arrange travel and hotel accommodations
- assist with management presentations and special projects
- administer and monitor local invoices
- troubleshoot and escalate office technology issues
- track employee onboarding and coordinate system access and equipment
- support station event planning and execution
- process payroll and handle bereavement correspondence
- manage employee parking and permits
- assist with timekeeping, data entry, and filing
- maintain employee files and station meeting plans
- manage periodic reports related to performance, audit, and expenses
- update manuals and maintain security items
- act as backup for payroll functions
- manage OSHA and safety records
- assist with budget preparation and reconciliation
- support auditing activities
- track and verify incentive funds
- liaise with facilities and vendors
- lead and direct support staff as needed
- perform other duties as required
