Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Virginia driver’s license
- Successful completion of criminal background check
- Current First Aid and CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to interact professionally with diverse audiences
- Experience in event coordination or hospitality preferred

- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in Google Workspace
- Knowledge of basic audiovisual and lighting equipment

Job Duties
- Serve as a primary point of contact during special events
- Assist with facility setup and breakdown for events
- Coordinate with staff, clients, and vendors to ensure event execution
- Manage audiovisual and lighting equipment during events
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and organizational standards
- Provide exceptional customer service to event guests
