Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- coursework in event management, hospitality, recreational or related field preferred
- 2-4 years related experience in event coordination, customer service, or hospitality is a plus
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- strong organizational and time management skills
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand for long periods and walk during events
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- valid driver's license
- willingness to work both indoors and outdoors, sometimes in adverse weather conditions
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Execute logistics, vendor relations, and marketing duties
- assist with overall plan and concept of events
- assist in creating sponsorship presentations
- assist in coordinating sponsorship execution
- follow event budgets
- execute administrative duties
- coordinate volunteer groups, charity groups, artists, and entertainers at events
- research and book special features to enhance event atmosphere
- seek and sell booth space to retail, arts, and craft vendors
- organize financial and contractual paperwork
- work with food and beverage team to solidify food and beverage trucks and vendors
- coordinate with marketing team to design and order event merchandise
- prepare sponsor and media benefit packages
- prepare vendor and partner credential packets
- assist in coordinating vendor and equipment set-up and tear down plans
- coordinate on-site execution of vendors, volunteers, charity groups, talent, artists, etc.
- submit all event-related permit applications
