Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three months related experience and/or training
- Basic knowledge of the trucking/transportation industry preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong computer skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Accurate typing up to 45 WPM
- Ability to multi-task
- Flexible schedule
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift approximately 25 pounds
- Effective verbal and written communication skills

Job Duties
- Greets clients and directs them to the waiting area
- Handles incoming calls, transfers calls, and takes messages
- Schedules appointments for personal care services
- Collects fee for services from customers
- Answers clients' questions
- Promotes salon services and retail products
- Sells retail products and gift certificates
- Straightens and cleans reception and retail areas
- Performs related work as required
