Job Duties
- follow proper payroll and key procedures
- verify the attendant staff is present
- read and update the daily log and communicate relevant information to the staff
- operate the computer, copier, typewriter and credit card machines
- utilize the trace file, cashier sheets and handle the daily accounting
- process outgoing mail
- process all charges
- set up and handle gift certificates
- requisition and stock office supplies for the desk
- copy and distribute materials
- provide assistance to guests and members about the retail merchandise
- utilize the telephones according to Four Seasons standards
- respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation
- perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management and staff
