Job Requirements

  • Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
  • ability to follow proper payroll and key procedures
  • ability to verify attendant staff presence
  • ability to read and update daily log and communicate relevant information
  • ability to operate computer, copier, typewriter and credit card machines
  • ability to utilize trace file, cashier sheets and handle daily accounting
  • ability to process outgoing mail
  • ability to process all charges
  • ability to set up and handle gift certificates
  • ability to requisition and stock office supplies
  • ability to provide assistance to guests about retail merchandise
  • ability to utilize the telephone according to Four Seasons standards
  • ability to respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation
  • ability to stand or sit for extended periods
  • physical capacity for lifting towels and supplies up to 50 pounds
  • ability to perform cleaning tasks

Job Qualifications

  • Proficiency in reading, writing and oral English
