Job Duties
- welcome guests employees and clients and clarify their purpose of visit and who they want to see
- answer all phone calls schedule appointments and provide intra-community communication as requested
- place appointment reminder calls and assist with completing paperwork and receiving supplies and packages
- check in guests for appointments maintain a clean reception area and assist with spa salon stock store retail inventory and ordering
- file and keep good records and maintain office and cleaning supplies
- maintain an organized filing system
