Job Duties
- provide personal attention from the moment the guest walks through the door until they depart
- educate the guest on the Woodhouse experience including a warm welcome, introduction to our changing room and amenities, and helping them to have a seamless luxury spa experience
- answers the phone with enthusiasm and a smile every time
- is a steward of the Woodhouse brand
- remembers the small things that make each guest's encounter special
- serves as back up for the leadership team, making sure things throughout the spa are running smoothly
