Job Requirements
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- ability to work in a kitchen environment with heat and equipment
- flexible schedule with availability for daytime, evenings, and weekends
- dependable and punctual
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- previous kitchen experience preferred

Job Duties
- assist in preparing, cooking, and plating meals for church events and programs
- support menu planning and food preparation under the direction of the Food Services Director
- maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment in compliance with health and safety standards
- assist with food inventory, storage, and proper handling procedures
- help with setup and breakdown for events and meals
- work cooperatively with staff and volunteers
- uphold the mission, values, and hospitality standards of Riverland Hills Baptist Church
