Job Requirements

- Be eligible to work in the U.S.

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with children preferred
- Ability to demonstrate basic soccer skills such as running, squatting, and drills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Energetic and outgoing personality comfortable leading small groups
- Ability to pass background checks
Job Duties
- Lead soccer sessions for children ages 2-8 including setup, coaching, and breakdown
- Deliver a curriculum focused on skill and character development
- Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for every child
- Communicate clearly and kindly with parents, caregivers, and teachers
- Manage equipment and class attendance for groups of up to 15 children
- Observe and assist during a trial period
- Complete training alongside staff coaches and pass background checks
