Job Requirements

  • Hold at least a high school diploma
  • Be eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Have reliable transportation
  • Be able to pass a background check
  • Possess strong communication skills
  • Demonstrate the ability to actively engage with children
  • Commit to a flexible part-time schedule

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working with children preferred
  • Ability to demonstrate basic soccer skills such as running, squatting, and drills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
  • Eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Energetic and outgoing personality comfortable leading small groups
  • Ability to pass background checks

Job Duties

  • Lead soccer sessions for children ages 2-8 including setup, coaching, and breakdown
  • Deliver a curriculum focused on skill and character development
  • Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for every child
  • Communicate clearly and kindly with parents, caregivers, and teachers
  • Manage equipment and class attendance for groups of up to 15 children
  • Observe and assist during a trial period
  • Complete training alongside staff coaches and pass background checks
