Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- high school diploma preferred
- obtain Top Shelf certification within 30 days of hire
- basic understanding of computers, printers and other office equipment
- ability to focus and demonstrate great attention to detail
- ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team
- excellent customer service skills

Job Duties
- Prepares various food orders including frying, grilling and assembling
- takes food and beverage orders, alcohol beverages are served, prepares orders, and charges patrons for purchases
- cleans snack bar area and clubhouse rest rooms on a daily basis
- maintains stock levels in storage area
- ensure regular, punctual attendance during scheduled work hours
- occasionally operates beverage cart throughout the golf course
- responds to and reports immediately if called upon by local regional or central office supervisors, as part of a coordinated emergency response by the Knox County Mayor’s Office
- perform other duties as required
