Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • No experience required and on the job training provided
  • No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
  • May require a CDL with specific class and endorsement
  • Ability to operate vehicles safely and assist passengers
  • Willingness to perform inspections and routine cleaning
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service

  • No prior experience required but one year of passenger shuttle driving experience preferred
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Ability to operate specialized equipment such as wheelchair lifts
  • Good interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to follow safety and operational procedures

Job Duties

  • Transport passengers to and from assigned locations
  • Load and unload passengers and luggage safely
  • Operate specialized equipment for passengers with special needs such as wheelchair lifts and tie-downs
  • Inspect vehicles regularly for safety and maintenance issues
  • Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of shuttles
  • Provide excellent customer service including responding to guest inquiries and giving directions
  • Maintain and enforce bus evacuation plans and report incidents immediately
