Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- No experience required and on the job training provided
- No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
- May require a CDL with specific class and endorsement
- Ability to operate vehicles safely and assist passengers
- Willingness to perform inspections and routine cleaning
- Ability to provide excellent customer service

- No prior experience required but one year of passenger shuttle driving experience preferred
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Ability to operate specialized equipment such as wheelchair lifts
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to follow safety and operational procedures
Job Duties
- Transport passengers to and from assigned locations
- Load and unload passengers and luggage safely
- Operate specialized equipment for passengers with special needs such as wheelchair lifts and tie-downs
- Inspect vehicles regularly for safety and maintenance issues
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of shuttles
- Provide excellent customer service including responding to guest inquiries and giving directions
- Maintain and enforce bus evacuation plans and report incidents immediately
