Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Own an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with a trailer
- Hold a valid driver's license and auto insurance listing you as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the United States with proof at hire
- Have a smartphone with an active data plan
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Capable of walking long distances and climbing stairs multiple times
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions and around trash and odors
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Possess a valid driver's license
- Have auto insurance listing the driver as covered
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Own a reliable open-bed pickup truck or a vehicle with a trailer
- Comfortable using a smartphone with a data plan
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Physically and mentally tough enough for outdoor labor
Job Duties
- Collect bagged trash from residents' doorsteps
- Transport trash to on-site dumpsters or compactors
- Walk long distances and climb stairs multiple times per shift
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Use mobile app for route and communication management
- Wear safety gear provided by the company
- Maintain punctuality and strong work ethic during shifts
