- Minimum 18 years old
- Reliable open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Smartphone with data plan
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions

- Physical stamina to lift and carry up to 50 lbs

Job Duties
- Collect bagged trash from residents' doorsteps
- Transport collected trash to on-site dumpsters or compactors using own vehicle
- Walk long distances and climb stairs multiple times per shift
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Use mobile app to track tasks and locations
- Wear safety gear including gloves and vests
- Maintain punctuality and professionalism during evening shifts
