Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years
- own reliable open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- valid driver’s license and auto insurance listing applicant as a covered driver
- authorized to work in the U.S.
- smartphone with data plan
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- able to walk and climb stairs repeatedly
- able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- comfortable working around trash, odors, and waste
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience with physical labor or similar roles beneficial
- valid driver’s license
- ability to use a smartphone app
- strong work ethic and reliability
- able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- ability to work evening shifts
- good communication skills
Job Duties
- Collect bagged trash from residents’ doorsteps
- transport trash to on-site dumpsters or compactors using own vehicle
- walk long distances and climb stairs multiple times during shifts
- perform physical tasks in all weather conditions
- use smartphone app for communication and reporting
- wear provided safety gear
- maintain cleanliness and safety standards
