Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance listing employee as covered driver
- Own reliable open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Authorized to work in the U S with proof at hire
- Smartphone with active data plan
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Willingness to work evening shifts Sunday through Thursday
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Own an open-bed pickup truck or trailer-equipped vehicle
- Ability to use smartphone apps effectively
- Prior experience in physical labor or outdoor roles advantageous
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Collect bagged trash from residents doorsteps
- Transport trash to on-site dumpsters or compactors using personal vehicle
- Walk property and climb stairs regularly during shifts
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Use mobile app for job-related communication and tracking
- Wear provided safety gear including gloves and safety vests
- Maintain punctuality and reliability for evening shifts
