Job Requirements
- Reliable transportation in the form of an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver’s license
- Auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof upon hire
- Smartphone with a data plan
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs during shift
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
- Smartphone with a data plan compatible with the company’s mobile app
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Physical fitness to walk long distances and climb stairs multiple times per shift
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within an apartment community
- Transport collected trash and recycling to on-site trash compactors using your pickup truck or trailer
- Use the company’s mobile app to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk property grounds and climb stairs as needed to perform service
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Maintain cleanliness standards by avoiding heavy lifting of bulk items or off-site driving
- Ensure safety by wearing provided gloves, vests, and gear
