Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- reliable transportation
- open-bed pickup truck or vehicle hauling a trailer
- valid driver’s license
- auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
- authorized to work in the U.S.
- smartphone with data plan
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- walk long distances and climb stairs
- comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
- able to work outdoors in all types of weather
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old

- ability to use mobile application
- good physical stamina for walking and climbing
- reliable transportation such as open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps
- transport trash to on-site compactor using truck or vehicle with trailer
- use mobile app to log service details including photos
- walk property and climb stairs during shift
- work outdoors in various weather conditions
- maintain cleanliness of assigned apartment community
- follow safety protocols and wear provided protective gear
