- Reliable transportation with an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver’s license
- Auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof upon hire
- Smartphone with a data plan
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs multiple times during a shift
- Comfortable working outdoors in varied weather conditions
Job Qualifications

- Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
- Reliable open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within an apartment community
- Transport collected materials to on-site trash compactor using a truck or vehicle with trailer
- Use company mobile app to log service details, including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk long distances and climb stairs multiple times during a shift
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Maintain safety standards by using provided gloves, vests, and gear
- Ensure compliance with community cleanliness standards
