Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation including open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance with employee listed as covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof of eligibility
- Ability to use a smartphone with a data plan for mobile app usage
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Able to walk long distances and climb stairs several times during a shift
- Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
- Able to work outdoors in all types of weather

Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within an apartment community using a truck or vehicle with trailer
- Transport collected bags to the on-site trash compactor
- Log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos via a mobile app
- Walk the property and climb stairs as required during shifts
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Use company-provided safety gear such as gloves and vests
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
