Job Requirements
- Reliable transportation with an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle hauling a trailer
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the U.S. (proof required upon hire)
- Smartphone with data plan to use company mobile app
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs
- Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof upon hire
- Smartphone with a data plan to use company’s mobile app
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs frequently
- Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within apartment communities using your truck or vehicle with trailer
- Transport collected trash to the on-site trash compactor
- Use a mobile app on your smartphone to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property and climb stairs regularly during shifts
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Follow safety protocols and use provided safety gear
- Provide reliable and consistent service to maintain clean and welcoming apartment communities
