Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation, open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Smartphone with data plan
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs several times during a shift
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Possess a valid driver’s license
- Have reliable transportation in the form of an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to use a smartphone with a data plan
- Experience with physically active jobs preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of safety and handling trash or waste
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps
- Transport trash and recycling to the on-site compactor using personal truck or vehicle with trailer
- Use company mobile app to log service details, including arrival, departure, tracking, and photos
- Walk the property and climb stairs as needed
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Maintain adherence to safety protocols and wear provided gloves and vests
- Report any property or service issues promptly
