Job Requirements
- Reliable transportation such as an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle hauling a trailer
- Availability for evening shifts, typically Sunday through Thursday
- Ability to lift and carry weight up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Smartphone with active data plan
- Committed to safety and wearing provided gear during all shifts
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license
- Auto insurance with applicant listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Smartphone with a data plan to use the company’s mobile app
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable walking long distances and climbing stairs frequently during shifts
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps using an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Transport collected waste to on-site trash compactors
- Use company mobile app to log service details such as arrival, departure, and non-compliance photos
- Walk and climb stairs throughout the property during shifts
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Adhere to safety protocols by wearing gloves, vests, and provided gear
- Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for apartment residents
