Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the u.s.
- Smartphone with a data plan to use company’s mobile app
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Able to walk long distances and climb stairs several times during a shift
- Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
- Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Personal pick-up truck or vehicle with trailer preferred
- Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance in your name preferred
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors in all types of weather
- Experience with smartphone apps preferred
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Personal pick-up truck or vehicle with trailer preferred
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs multiple times per shift
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within an apartment community and transport them to the on-site trash compactor
- Use company’s mobile app on smartphone to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property and climb stairs during shifts
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned apartment community areas
- Follow safety procedures during trash collection
- Communicate effectively with team members and property management
