Job Requirements
- Reliable transportation such as an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance with applicant as covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Smartphone with data plan
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs frequently
- Willingness to work evening shifts Sunday through Thursday
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license
- Auto insurance with applicant listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to use smartphone with a data plan
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents doorsteps within apartment communities
- Transport collected waste to on site trash compactor using a truck or vehicle with trailer
- Use company mobile app to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non compliance photos
- Walk the property and climb stairs regularly
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Follow safety protocols by wearing gloves and vests supplied by the company
- Maintain a polite and professional demeanor when interacting with residents
