Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- reliable transportation such as an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- valid driver’s license and auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
- authorized to work in the U.S. with proof upon hire
- smartphone with data plan
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- ability to walk long distances and climb stairs several times during a shift
- comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
- able to work outdoors in all types of weather
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- possess a valid driver’s license and auto insurance with coverage
- authorized to work in the U.S.
- able to use a smartphone with a data plan for the company mobile app
- capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds
- physically able to walk long distances and climb stairs repeatedly
- reliable and punctual
- able to work evening shifts from Sunday to Thursday
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps
- transport trash to on-site compactors using an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with a trailer
- use company smartphone app to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- walk the apartment property and climb stairs multiple times per shift
- work outdoors in various weather conditions
- maintain community cleanliness by ensuring trash is collected regularly
- adhere to safety protocols by wearing provided gloves and vests
