Job Requirements
- at least 18 years old
- reliable transportation with an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle hauling a trailer
- valid driver’s license and auto insurance with applicant listed as a covered driver
- authorized to work in the U.S.
- smartphone with data plan
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- able to walk long distances and climb stairs multiple times per shift
- comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
- willing to work in various outdoor weather conditions

Job Duties
- collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within an apartment community and transport them to the on-site trash compactor
- use company’s mobile app to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- walk the property and climb stairs to perform duties
- work outdoors in various weather conditions
- handle bagged trash and waste safely
- maintain punctuality and reliability during scheduled evening shifts
- adhere to safety protocols and use provided safety gear
