Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the U.S. (proof required upon hire)
- Smartphone with data plan to use the mobile app
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs several times during a shift
- Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
- Able to work outdoors in all types of weather
- Personal pick-up truck or vehicle with trailer preferred
- Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance in your name preferred
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to use a smartphone and its mobile app
- Comfortable with physical activity including walking and lifting
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Experience in a physically active role preferred
- Ability to follow safety guidelines
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within an apartment community
- Transport collected waste to the on-site trash compactor
- Use mobile app to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property and climb stairs regularly
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Follow safety protocols and wear provided protective gear
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned property areas
