Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation: open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Smartphone with a data plan
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs
- Comfortable working outdoors in all types of weather
- Ability to work in a physically active position
- Willingness to work evening shifts typically Sunday through Thursday
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof required upon hire
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors and handling bagged trash
- Capable of walking long distances and climbing stairs multiple times during shifts
- Smartphone with a data plan to use the company’s mobile app
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within an apartment community using your open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Transport collected bags to the on-site trash compactor
- Use the company’s mobile app to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property and climb stairs as needed during the shift
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Maintain safety standards by using gloves, vests, and provided gear
- Communicate effectively with team members and report any issues promptly
