Job Requirements
- Reliable transportation with open-bed pickup truck or vehicle hauling trailer
- smartphone with active data plan
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- walk long distances and climb stairs multiple times per shift
- comfortable handling bagged trash
- able to work outdoors in all weather
- valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- valid driver’s license
- auto insurance with coverage as a listed driver
- authorized to work in the U.S.
- ability to use a smartphone and company mobile app
- able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- physically capable of walking and climbing stairs repeatedly
- experience working safely outdoors preferred
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps
- transport trash to on-site compactor using personal vehicle
- log service details using company mobile app
- walk and climb stairs throughout shift
- work outdoors in various weather conditions
- ensure safety by wearing provided gear
- report non-compliance with photographic evidence
