Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation - open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance with applicant listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Smartphone with data plan to use company mobile app
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs several times during a shift
- Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions

- Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within apartment communities
- Transport collected items to on-site trash compactor using an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Use company mobile app to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk property and climb stairs while performing duties
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Maintain safety by using provided gloves, vests, and gear
- Adhere to company policies and procedures for service quality and safety
