- Reliable transportation in the form of an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance listing you as a covered driver
- Authorization to work in the U.S. with proof required
- Smartphone with a data plan to use the company mobile app
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs multiple times per shift
- Comfortable working outdoors in diverse weather conditions
- Comfortable with handling bagged trash and waste

Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps
- Transport collected waste to on-site trash compactors using your vehicle
- Use company mobile app to log service details including arrival, departure, and non-compliance photos
- Walk community property and climb stairs during shifts
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of apartment community
- Comply with safety guidelines and use provided protective equipment
