Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation with an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance with applicant listed as covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to provide proof upon hire
- Smartphone with data plan to operate company mobile app
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs frequently
- Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation with an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle capable of hauling a trailer
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance with the applicant listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof of authorization
- Smartphone with a data plan to use company mobile application
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Able to walk long distances and climb stairs several times during shifts
- Comfortable working with bagged trash and waste
- Able to work outdoors in all types of weather
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within apartment communities
- Transport collected waste to on-site trash compactors using an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Use company mobile app to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property and climb stairs multiple times per shift
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Follow safety protocols and wear provided protective gear
- Maintain cleanliness and order within assigned apartment community areas
