Job Requirements
- Reliable transportation such as an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with a trailer
- valid driver’s license
- auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
- authorized to work in the U.S.
- smartphone with a data plan
- at least 18 years old
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- ability to walk long distances and climb stairs
- comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- valid driver’s license and auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
- authorized to work in the U.S. with proof upon hire
- ability to use a smartphone with data plan for mobile app
- physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- able to walk long distances and climb stairs
- comfortable working outdoors in all weather
- experience in similar roles is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within apartment communities
- transport trash to on-site compactor using an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- use company mobile app to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking and non-compliance photos
- walk property and climb stairs while performing duties
- work outdoors in various weather conditions
- adhere to safety procedures and use provided safety gear
- maintain cleanliness and contribute to a welcoming environment
