Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the U S
- Smartphone with a data plan
- Personal pick up truck or vehicle with trailer preferred
- Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance in your name preferred
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Walk long distances and climb stairs several times per shift
- Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
- Able to work outdoors in all types of weather
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the U S
- Experience using smartphone apps preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Good physical stamina
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Current auto insurance preferred
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents doorsteps within an apartment community and transport them to the on site trash compactor
- Use the companys mobile app on your smartphone to log service details including arrival departure tracking and non compliance photos
- Walk the property climbing stairs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the assigned apartment community
- Communicate effectively with residents and management as needed
- Follow safety guidelines and use provided gloves vests and gear
- Report any maintenance or service issues promptly
