Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation with open-bed pickup truck or vehicle hauling a trailer
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance with applicant listed as covered driver
- Authorized to work in the United States with valid proof
- Smartphone with a data plan to utilize company mobile app
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs multiple times
- Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
- Willingness to work evening shifts Sunday through Thursday
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a physically active outdoor role preferred
- Ability to operate a vehicle with a trailer safely
- Proficient with smartphone technology and mobile applications
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures
- Reliable and self-motivated work ethic
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents doorsteps within apartment communities
- Transport trash bags to on-site trash compactor using personal truck or vehicle with trailer
- Use company mobile app to log service details including arrival departure tracking and non-compliance photos
- Walk property and climb stairs to complete collection routes
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Maintain safety by using company provided gloves vests and gear
- Communicate effectively with property management and team members
